Galerie Youn

Galerie Youn was originally founded in 2012 as an online gallery called Flying Rooster Contemporary Projects (also known as Projets contemporains Flying Rooster). In May 2013, however, in the heart of the Mile End area of Montreal, Galerie Youn became an architecturally stimulating two-floor loft space with 13-foot ceilings and hardwood floors. It is divided into 4 individual and intimate levels and includes a window display/stage and office area. Galerie Youn is a charming, cozy and contemporary addition to the boulevard St. Laurent and the Mile End area.

Galerie Youn focuses on building bridges between local, national and international emerging to mid-career contemporary artists. The gallery participates in international art fairs and gallery exhibitions and represents more than twenty artists from around the world. It is scheduled to exhibit various solo and group shows every year.
