Alexandra Darby

Alexandra Darby is the Head of Operations at NEW INC, founded by the New Museum in 2014 as the first museum-led cultural incubator dedicated to supporting innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship across art, design, and technology. She is a Sydney-born, New York-based cultural producer and contemporary jeweler. Her curatorial projects, which are guided by critical theory and digital culture, count exhibitions and site-specific installations in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Darby’s independent practice as a jeweler and artist informs her work with the NEW INC community.
