GalleryExpress Fine Art Services is a Toronto-based specialist in the secure handling, storage, and transportation of fine art and custom works. Incorporated in 2011, we serve private collectors, corporate collections, institutions, galleries, museums, auction houses, and art consultancies with flexible, discreet, and reliable logistics solutions.

Our facility operates as a full-service fine art logistics centre. Works can move through the logistics chain without changing hands or leaving our supervision. Our services include:

• 23,000 sq. ft. warehouse with ambient and humidity-controlled storage (Ambient storage: 21°C ± 2°C; RH-controlled storage: 21°C ± 2°C and 50 RH ± 5%)
• CBSA-compliant customs bonded warehouse with full customs and cultural property compliance support
• Consolidated and dedicated fine art cross-border shipments to and from the United States with a regular Toronto–New York shuttle service with climate-controlled, air ride, and GPS-tracked transport fleet
• Installation and deinstallation of artworks in gallery, residential, institutional, and commercial settings with condition reporting available before and after installation
• Custom wooden crates built to artwork specifications - ISPM 15 compliant for all international shipments
• Private viewing room with museum-grade lighting and access control
