Mauricio Oberfeld

Mauricio Oberfeld has an extensive background in architecture and construction. Through his experience in real estate development, Mauricio has gained an extensive understanding of the financial aspect of construction, from bidding and budgeting to financing and cost control. Having been a client himself, Mauricio understands the needs and whims of a client, a key component complimenting Dugally Oberfeld’s mission to achieve a superior level of service to the client. Having graduated as a Bachelor of Architecture from USC has given Mauricio a very intense understanding of design and architecture, a trait which is invaluable to the client throughout the construction process.
