Nancy Parke-Taylor is an art historian and lawyer who has advised and represented individual collectors, academics, heirs of despoiled owners, corporations, museums and art galleries, insurance companies and police forces, regarding a variety of issues pertaining to art law.
Nancy is an author and public speaker. She has lectured on issues as diverse as corporate art collections, original prints, Canada’s copyright law as it applies to artists, Second World War art looting, and the current state of laws regarding restitution. She was called to the Bar in Ontario, Canada.
