Ms. Soloff is a partner in the Private Client Services, Trusts and Estates and Tax groups at FisherBroyles, LLP. She has over thirty years of experience advising high net worth clients on domestic and international gift and estate tax planning, advising owners of closely held businesses, and planning with non-profit organizations. A focus of Ms. Soloff’s practice is estate planning for artists, art collectors and gallery owners and administering their eventual estates. Ms.Soloff approaches engagements with the goal of providing individualized, sophisticated and creative solutions that are tax efficient and meet each client’s personal, financial and charitable goals. Ms.Soloff received her B.A. from Harvard College and her J.D., cum laude¬, Order of the Coif, from New York University School of Law, where she was awarded a Root Tilden Scholar. Ms. Soloff is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a founding member of PAIAM, Professional Advisors to the International Art Market, and a member of STEP, a global professional body dedicated to estate planning. Ms. Soloff serves on the Taxation Committee of the New York State Bar Association, and the Trusts, Estates and Surrogate’s Court Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
