Alexander Zakharov: Exploring New Media Art

You may recognize him as the "Master of Miniature."

But painter Alexander Zakharov is also known for his work in various print techniques, including lithography and etching.

Andrey Pichugin, owner of AP Contemporary, explains that for the last several years, the artist has been experimenting with new forms of print reproduction, and the current collection is a result of a three-year research in a plate-less method.

His passion for art and 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing led to Andrey becoming the Gallery Owner of AP Contemporary in Hong Kong. He is also the Vice-President of AZ Ltd., a Russian FMCG distribution company, including GP Batteries, and is a member of Gold Peak Group, a Hong Kong listed company.
